If you have any questions, please call the office at 678-585-4686.

Impact Training

IMPACT is a 25-hour, state-mandated class that MUST be completed in order to qualify for fostering or providing respite care. This training begins with a 2-hour Information Session. To register, for the Impact Training, click here. If you have any questions, email us at info@uh4c.org or call our office at 678-585-4686. If you know of others that would be interested in fostering, please pass along our information.

*IMPACT Sessions will not be provided in June or July.

Medical Information

In order to complete the home study process, you must have a physical and drug screen. You can get a physical done at your doctor’s office, or you can go to a Minute Clinic. The drug screen must be at least a 5-panel screen. These can be done in various labs. Any Lab Test Now offers drug screens with same-day results. You also must have a TB test and an RPR/VD blood test.
