This registration page is for IMPACT training scheduled at Prince Avenue.

IMPACT Dates and Times:

Monday and Tuesday; September 17th and 18th 6:00-10:00 pm

Monday and Tuesday; September 24th and 25th 6:00-10:00 pm

Monday and Tuesday October 1st and 2nd 6:00-10:00 pm

Attendance at each date is mandatory. Your registration confirms that you are attending each night. If you know you cannot attend a specific date, please contact Lauren Humphrey at lhumphrey@uh4c.org
